No, woofresh is fresh and cooked in low temperatures to keep its high nutritional value. Our meats and vegetables are prepared in the same way we would cook our own food.

Yes, you can give woofresh the sniff test with our starter box! This is an excellent option if you just want to try woofresh out.

Our veterinary-derived algorithm calculates how much your pet should be eating based on your dog's profile. The current weight, age, activity level and body shape help our algorithm calculate the daily calorie intake your dog's needs to maintain their ideal weight.
If your pet's profile changes or you simply think we haven’t quite landed on their right serving, let us know. We’ll adapt their serving sizes to land on their perfect fit.

Your first Starter Plan package will have a step-by-step guide with instructions on transitioning your pup to woofresh.
The transition usually takes about a week and involves mixing your previous food with woofresh and gradually increasing the amount of woofresh. Your dog's tummy will be adjusted to woofresh right in time!

If your dog has dealt with allergies or other eating disorders in the past, it's always a good idea to check with your vet before changing its diet. However, since woofresh was created in collaboration with veterinarians, it is not necessary to consult your veterinarian before the nutritional transition.

We don’t add any preservatives to woofresh, which means that our food has a limited shelf-life. We vacuum seal your dog's pouches to prolong the freshness of their woofresh meals. Frozen, woofresh will keep for 3 months.
In the fridge, it will last for 7 days unopened or 2 days once opened. We recommend storing your dogs pouches in the freezer and moving them to the fridge a few days before opening.

Every 500 grams of woofresh is about the size of a standard ice cube tray. For example, if your dog's serving is 500g per day, and you’re receiving a 2-week delivery, you need space for about 14 ice cube trays. 

If you are interested in a subscription, let us know so we can activate it. By activating it, you will automatically receive your next portions before you run out of woofresh.

Not at all. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time directly from your woofresh account.
You can also switch between different plan options. We only ask that you make any changes before your next scheduled payment, so that your upcoming order is not processed. Remember that we always consult you before charging.

Yes! We have designed our packaging with environmental sustainability in mind. Unlike other food delivery services that use Styrofoam boxes, which are extremely detrimental to the environment, our packaging is 100% recyclable and biodegradable. 

In our experience, even the pickiest of eaters go crazy for woofresh.
However, if you’re not sure or your dog is an extremely fussy eater, we recommend giving our Starter Plan a go.

Your next woofresh order will be picked up on Wednesday and Saturday, depending on when you complete your payment.

More specifically:

• Order between Thursday 16:00 – Monday 16:00 -> Delivery on Wednesday
• Order between Monday 16:00 – Thursday 16:00 -> Delivery on Saturday

You will always be able to see when the next delivery is scheduled, through your woofresh account. We will contact you 1-2 hours before delivery to make sure you will be able to receive your food.
The delivery date is not convenient for you? Contact us to set up a delivery time that suits you and your freezer space!

We love to see your dog's reaction when getting woofresh. But, if you aren't available in the delivery day, please inform assign someone else to receive the order and let our delivery team to know.
Do not forget to pop the pouches into the freezer once you arrive (after you have kept some portions in the fridge for the upcoming comsuption).

woofresh is distributed in a safe environment with eco-friendly packaging, to keep it safe and fresh. If you want to be sure you won't run out of freshly cooked food, activate a subscription to receive automatically before your woofresh runs out, while you always have the option to change the receipt in your profile.

As long as packaging are cold to the touch, theyʼre safe to feed and refreeze!

Our delivery team will make sure to contact you a few hours before the scheduled time you chose at the checkout page. If you aren't available to pick, either has assigned to anyone else to be able to receive the food, we will make sure to reschedule your delivery according to your availability.

Very! You can change addresses as long as they are within the areas we serve or configure the number of daily food portions you will receive (1, 2, or 4-week portions). Once you register, you will be able to easily make the changes that are convenient for you in your profile page.

You can recycle the cardboard box and all items included on it. Plus, our packs are made from BPA-free materials and are non-toxic.
